Whistic Automation Orchestrator

Four agents.
One workflow.
Your decision.

Automation Orchestrator coordinates specialized agents that move risk work from trigger through executive summary. Your team reviews the output and makes the final call.

From hours of process to minutes of review

A typical assessment consumes hours of initiation, evidence gathering, analysis, and reporting. Automation Orchestrator gives that repeatable work to specialized agents so your team can focus on the decision.

Featured workflow: Whistic Assess

Four agents. One lifecycle.

The lifecycle remains familiar. What changes is who performs the repeatable work between each phase.

Initiator

Starts the right assessment when configured criteria or cadence are met.

Hands forward

Assessment ready for collection

Collector

Assembles configured evidence and surfaces collection exceptions.

Hands forward

Evidence ready for analysis

Analyst

Runs Vendor Summary and produces cited, confidence-scored findings.

Hands forward

Findings ready for reporting

Reporter

Compiles the executive summary and routes the assessment for review.

Hands forward

Your team

Reviews the evidence, applies business context, and finalizes the decision.

Orchestrator 1
Initiator

Initiator starts the right assessment

When the configured cadence or built-in risk criteria are met, Initiator creates the assessment and applies the starting conditions defined by the program.

  • Trigger

Assessment cadence and vendor risk criteria

  • Action

    Create and scope the assessment

  • Output

    Assessment ready for collection

  • Next

Collector begins the configured evidence workflow

Orchestrator 2
Collector

Collector assembles the available evidence

Collector gathers evidence from the configured sources, applies the trusted-source rules, and pauses when required information cannot be found.

  • Trigger

    Assessment enters the collection phase

  • Action

Gather configured vendor sources and requests

  • Output

Evidence ready for analysis, or an exception

  • Next

Analyst begins when the required evidence is ready

Orchestrator 3
Analyst

Analyst performs the configured review

Analyst runs Vendor Summary against the selected evidence and framework, producing findings with supporting sources, confidence, and reasoning.

  • Trigger

    Required evidence is available

  • Action

    Run Vendor Summary

  • Output

    Cited findings ready for reporting

  • Next

    Reporter prepares the executive summary

Orchestrator 4
Reporter

Reporter prepares the assessment for review

Reporter compiles the executive summary and routes the assessment to the configured approvers for review.

  • Trigger

    Configured analysis is complete

  • Action

Compile and route the executive summary

  • Output

    Assessment ready for human review

  • Next

    Configured approvers review the assessment

Orchestrator 5
Your team

Your team makes and finalizes the decision

People review the evidence, findings, and business context. They apply conditions, request additional work, reject the risk, or finalize the assessment according to the program.

  • Trigger

    Assessment is ready for review

  • Action

Apply judgment and finalize the official record

  • Output

    Defensible assessment decision

  • Next

    Next assessment cadence is scheduled

Visible and interruptible

See the work. Step in when needed.

Review agent activity, inspect an exception, or complete a paused phase manually. When a person finishes that phase, the next configured agent can take over the following step.

The agents move the work. Your team makes the call.

Four agents move the assessment from trigger through executive summary. Your team reviews the evidence, applies judgment, and finalizes the record.

Scale vendor coverage without scaling investment

Risk teams do not need more software that generates endless tasks. They need routine work to happen without constant coordination.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Automation
Orchestrator

Product and platform

What is Automation Orchestrator?

Automation Orchestrator is Whistic’s platform capability for configuring and coordinating specialized agents that own defined phases of a workflow. Its first available workflow is Assess.

Is Orchestrator an Assess feature or a platform capability?

It is a platform capability. Assess is the first workflow powered by Orchestrator and the current implementation available to customers.

What workflows can Orchestrator automate today?

The current release automates the Whistic Assess workflow through the Initiator, Collector, Analyst, and Reporter agents. The platform is being built to support additional workflows over time. Those workflows should not be treated as currently available.

Automation and control

What is Full AutoAssess?

Full AutoAssess enables all four assessment agents together. When the required evidence is available, they move the assessment from its configured trigger through evidence collection, Vendor Summary analysis, and executive-summary generation.

Can we use only one or two agents?

Yes. Agents can be configured individually, allowing teams to automate selected phases while continuing to run the remaining phases manually.

Does Full AutoAssess approve vendors?

No. Full AutoAssess prepares the assessment for decision. Human reviewers and approvers retain the final risk determination and finalization authority.

Can we pause or intervene?

Yes. Teams can configure pause points, inspect agent activity, and complete a phase manually when an exception or judgment call requires human involvement. The next configured agent can then take over the following phase.

How can we see what the agents did?

Each agent maintains activity history showing what it did, when it acted, and which assessment or vendor it affected.

Product relationships and requirements

How is Orchestrator different from Whistic AI?

Whistic AI analyzes vendor evidence and produces cited findings. Orchestrator coordinates when work begins, which agent owns each phase, how the work moves forward, and when a person needs to step in.

Do we need Whistic Assess?

Yes. Automation Orchestrator is included for Whistic Assess customers with Whistic AI enabled. There is no separate purchase or add-on. An Admin role is required to configure agent settings.

Configure the program. Let the agents run it.

Move the repeatable work from trigger through executive summary while your team owns the decisions that matter.
