A typical assessment consumes hours of initiation, evidence gathering, analysis, and reporting. Automation Orchestrator gives that repeatable work to specialized agents so your team can focus on the decision.
Start with the phases that create the most drag. Add more automation when your program is ready. See the activity, handle exceptions, and keep the final decision with your team.
Review agent activity, inspect an exception, or complete a paused phase manually. When a person finishes that phase, the next configured agent can take over the following step.
Risk teams do not need more software that generates endless tasks. They need routine work to happen without constant coordination.
Before Orchestrator
With Orchestrator
Automation Orchestrator is Whistic’s platform capability for configuring and coordinating specialized agents that own defined phases of a workflow. Its first available workflow is Assess.
It is a platform capability. Assess is the first workflow powered by Orchestrator and the current implementation available to customers.
The current release automates the Whistic Assess workflow through the Initiator, Collector, Analyst, and Reporter agents. The platform is being built to support additional workflows over time. Those workflows should not be treated as currently available.
Full AutoAssess enables all four assessment agents together. When the required evidence is available, they move the assessment from its configured trigger through evidence collection, Vendor Summary analysis, and executive-summary generation.
Yes. Agents can be configured individually, allowing teams to automate selected phases while continuing to run the remaining phases manually.
No. Full AutoAssess prepares the assessment for decision. Human reviewers and approvers retain the final risk determination and finalization authority.
Yes. Teams can configure pause points, inspect agent activity, and complete a phase manually when an exception or judgment call requires human involvement. The next configured agent can then take over the following phase.
Each agent maintains activity history showing what it did, when it acted, and which assessment or vendor it affected.
Whistic AI analyzes vendor evidence and produces cited findings. Orchestrator coordinates when work begins, which agent owns each phase, how the work moves forward, and when a person needs to step in.
Yes. Automation Orchestrator is included for Whistic Assess customers with Whistic AI enabled. There is no separate purchase or add-on. An Admin role is required to configure agent settings.
